Tracey Wyllis has been working in the care sector for over 20 years and holds a Level 3 and 5 in Leadership for Health and Social Care Services and ILM Endorsed Coaching and Mentoring for Managers. Tracey has vast experience working with individuals diagnosed with and enduring serious mental illness, learning difficulties and physical needs.
In addition, Tracey possesses excellent leadership skills and a compassionate nature that enables her to develop strong connections with staff as well as the individuals in her care.
