Steve has over 40 years’ experience in Management and Leadership roles which include working as a National Operations Manager in a Blue Chip Organisation and running his own businesses. Steve has worked in the care sector for the past twelve years and contributed towards Serendipity’s vision to create a high-quality care home for individuals experiencing serious and enduring mental illness.
