Jamie has worked in the mental health and learning disability sector since 2003 and possesses professional and academic experience in forensic psychiatry, recovery, physical health in mental health, community nursing and challenging behaviour.
Aside from his mental health nursing degree, Jamie holds a Level 5 Professional Diploma in Positive Behaviour Support and a Postgraduate Certificate in Primary and Community Healthcare Practice. Jamie has engaged in a number of research projects and has presented his work at national and international professional healthcare conferences.
Jamie now works as a Nurse Consultant for Serendipity Care Ltd, implementing Positive Behaviour Support, enhancing staff training and providing specialist input to care planning and service development.
