Sian Cosslett has over 30 years’ experience in mental health in both a generic and forensic settings. Sian possesses vast experience engaging with drug and alcohol users and people with challenging behaviours and has built strong relationships with a wide range of care commissioners in the NHS
Over the years Sian noticed a pattern which she refers to as a “revolving door syndrome” where she noticed the same people coming in and out of care/ hospital. Her goal with Serendipity is to end this cycle.
